My adventure in advertising agency life began after completing my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication. After a short (1 year) account executive experience in traditional advertising agencies, I realised that what I really wanted was to be in the digital business and on the creative side and started working as a social media specialist in a digital agency. For about 4 years I was charge of social media management for many brands and clients from fashion, construction projects, entertainment, food and beverage, health, finance, tourism, large companies and holdings to start-ups. My areas of expertise are social media marketing, communications and brand management. I developed in long and short term social media projects, real time communication, crisis management and proactive communication processes, which is one of the most important points in the digital age.
